This is a beautiful pocket or purse sized shrine. It's wood, finished beautifully, wonderful craftsmanship. I was told it was an award for good behavior in a Catholic elementary school, at least 50 years old. The outside is bullet shape with two hinged doors that open up to reveal Mary, Mother of Jesus. And she is beautiful also.  In research, I found others like this marked Anri, but this has no marking that I see. It's 5" tall, the base is 1 1/2" across.
