Description

Although these items appear to be open box, factory wrapped, new items...  I don't know that they are new, so I am classifying them as "USED" to be safe.  The items lack scratches in the metal that would indicated that the items have been used.  That said, they don't look like they are absolutely perfect, so "I DON'T KNOW" therefore "USED".  Being sold AS-IS.
In case they are new, I didn't want to remove the wrapping.  So they are untested, not inspected and not touched by my hands.  They were purchased as surplus.
