    Description

This is an AUTHENTIC FIRST PRINTING set of (3) concert tickets printed in 1967. These tickets were used to gain entry to a series of shows headlined by Cream and The Paul Butterfield Blues Band. The shows took place at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco from August 22nd to August 27th. This was the 79th image from the iconic Bill Graham series and this set is commonly referred to as BG-79.
BG-79 is one of legendary artist Bonnie MacLean's more famous images. Cream, the original power trio, was creating a huge buzz in the music world before performing their first show in the States. Before even hearing them play, Bill Graham had the foresight to book Cream for nearly two weeks at the Fillmore. MacLean's artwork conjures up the mystery of the moors. Bonnie MacLean's original posters and tickets from the BG series are HIGHLY collectible.
The BG-79 concert tickets make great investment pieces with significant upside potential! The tickets still looks like they did when printed over 50 years ago! It's very clear that this set has been carefully stored and properly cared for over the years! DON'T WAIT! Get this classic ticket set while it's still affordable!
