Vintage 1965 TITIAN AMERICAN GIRL BEND LEG MIDGE
In JUNIOR DESIGNER Dress and Turquoise Open-toe Heels
(Stand is NOT included -- sorry!)
Such a pretty doll! And I love how the Turquoise Junior Designer dress looks with her gorgeous red hair!!
This American Girl Bend Leg Midge is in overall Excellent condition. Her titian hair is very full and soft and her make-up and facial features are all original (rubbing alcohol tested) and complete.
The Body is in great condition overall. There is a small split behind one of her knees but it doesn't affect the bending of the knee (please see close-up photos). BOTH knees bend and hold in 3 positions. The arms are a little bit darker than the body. The original finger nail polish is about 95% (please see these close-up photos also). And NO BITE MARKS! She even has all of her toes! As I mentioned above, the neck nob had been repaired by a prior owner.
The marking on the bum is the INDENTED version (1965) and reads:

And this Midge has NO GREEN EAR AT ALL! It looks like she has never even had earrings in.
The vintage 1965 Junior Designer dress is in excellent condition. The cloth Barbie tag inside does have a bit of fraying on the end. Also included is an original vintage pair of turquoise open-toe heels in near mint condition. One shoe is marked JAPAN; the other is unmarked.

FULL DISCLOSURE:  I just discovered that this body is from the Miss Barbie doll! I noticed that it didn't have JAPAN with the trademark on her bum which is how it was with the American Girl/Bend Leg Barbie & Midge. I just wanted any potential buyers to know!! Except for the JAPAN, this body is almost identical to the American Girl body. I have reduced the opening bid, again, to account for this.
